Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. Both the thumbnail generation and the page extraction happen in your browser, in a separate process (a Web Worker), and the final PDF is built in your own device's memory. You can check for yourself: open your browser's developer tools on the Network tab and extract some pages — no request ever carries your file.
How do I choose which pages to keep?
After you upload the PDF, you see a grid with a thumbnail of every page. Click the pages you want to keep — they get marked — then confirm. A new PDF is generated with just those pages, in the original document order.
Does the order of the extracted pages change?
No. The new PDF always follows the original document's order, even if you click the pages out of order.
What's the maximum file size?
150 MB and up to 300 pages per PDF. The whole document is read into the browser's memory; larger documents can be split into parts.
Do I need to create an account, install anything, or pay?
No. The tool is free, requires no sign-up, installs nothing, and adds no watermark. Just an up-to-date browser.
